** Setting up your E1 Email in Outlook
** Setting up Email in VISTA Windows Mail
Check your email online via Webmail:
email.equityonemortgage.com
**NOTE: Be sure to check your WebMail account frequently,
even if you have setup your Email on your PC (ie. Outlook, etc),
and keep your Email box cleaned out. If your webmail fills up,
it may reject incoming mail until there is sufficient space.

TROUBLESHOOTING in Outlook:
If you are receiving Email in your Microsoft Outlook Email account,
but your WebMail is showing empty, check the following setting:
In OUTLOOK~
At the top of your screen, click on TOOLS, then click on ACCOUNTS
be sure 'your' account is highlighted under the Mail Tab, and click on
PROPERTIES. Under the Delivery Tab, near the bottom, be sure the box
is checked to '...save messages to server'. This should solve your problem.
